The author will be signing copies of his new book,Ā The Daddy Rock,Ā at the Nesconset Branch of the Smithtown Special Library District on Thursday at 7 p.m.

Smithtown Township Arts Council "Reflections" Exhibit

TheĀ Smithtown Township Arts CouncilĀ consistently brings quality art exhibits to the area, including their latest, "Reflections."

The exhibit is packed with art from New York artistsĀ that offers a reflection, whether it is "a physical or a psychological phenomenon,"Ā chosen by exhibition jurorĀ James Henry Rubin.

ReFAB PreHab Fitness ClassĀ atĀ Costa Physical Therapy

Head over to the location Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. with $15 for a class for adults who getĀ ā€œunguidedā€Ā physical activity atferĀ being sedentary for eight hours a day at work. The class focuses on rehabilitative exercises with light weights and high repetitions.

Pilates Reformer Group Session for Beginners

Head over toĀ Prana Pilates, Cycling and Yoga in St. James on Monday with $30 at 10:30 a.m. for aĀ Pilates classĀ on the Reformer Machine.
