Annual Greek Festival/Raffle Returns to Port Jefferson From Aug. 21 to 24

Port Jefferson's Greek Orthodox Church of the Assumption will host the annual festival.

Port Jefferson’s Greek Orthodox Church of the Assumption will host its annual Greek Festival/Raffle from Aug. 21 through Aug. 24.

Located at 430 Sheep Pasture Road, the Festival will run from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Aug. 21, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Aug. 22, 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Aug. 23 and 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Aug. 24. There will be free shuttle buses to and from Ward Melville High School, Port Jefferson High School, the Port Jefferson Ferry and the Port Jefferson Train Station.

A fireworks show will be held on Aug. 22 and 23. Traditional Greek cuisine and pastries will be served and there will also be several vendors on site. This year’s raffle prizes include a 2015 Mercedes GLK, a 2014 Chevy Camaro LS, a 2014 13’ Boat and Trailer and more.
