  • Give the gift of life at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church blood drive on Tuesday. Walk-ins welcome, babysitting provided. Call 631-265-2288 to make an appointment.

  • Come down and explore KindCare during its Open House on Tuesday. There will be two children's authors on hand to talk with kids and read their latest book. Admission is free.  

  • Smithtown elected officials will hold their first public meeting of October this Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Town Hall, 99 W. Main St. Stay tuned to Patch to find out what's on the agenda. 

  • Smithtown Board of Zoning Appeals will hold its first meeting of October to talk about zoning issues at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Eugene A. Cannataro Senior Citizen Center. Watch Patch for more details on what issues are on their agenda. 

  • Smithtown Central School District Trustees will meet at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the New York Avenue school to talk about the latest school news and events. Watch Patch on Tuesday morning to learn about what's on their agenda.
