While preparing yourselves for summer boating trips, one place you won't be able to get a boat or supplies from is Ultra Boats in St. James.

The store, formerly located at 805 Middle Country Road, left a vacancy at the corner of a shopping center with three other open businesses – Island School & Art Supply, East End Interiors and SuperMoto Italia.

The building spans 4,800 square feet with space alloted for a showroom, offices, and a warehouse, according to the O'Shea Properties website. The building also has doorstep parking and exterior lighting, gas heat and central air conditioning.

O'Shea lists the rent at $4,875 and is immediately available.
