  1. Nappi's Nook is now open in Nesconset, serving breakfast and lunch in a family-friendly atmosphere. The menu ranges from oatmeal options to Nutella pancakes, tater tots and more.   2. There will be an Irish Comedy Night at the Smithtown Performing Arts Center on Saturday, March 18, at 8 p.m. The Governor's Comedy Club partnered with the theater in this event. An open bar will be included with the tickets, which can be purchased here. (Smithtown Chronicle)
  3. Police released the identity of the pedestrian killed in Commack on Monday. The incident happened on Scholar Lane at 6:10 p.m. A 2020 Volkswagen Atlas hit the pedestrian. Unfortunately, the 36-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was also transported to a local hospital. There is a GoFundMe page set up to help the Conte Family. (Smithtown Patch)
  4. Town Of Smithtown will treat seniors to a trip to Staten Island for the Italian fest "LiGreci’s Staaten." Tickets are $96 per person, including transportation, an open ba, and a buffet. The event is March 22 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Contact the Smithtown Senior Department to reserve tickets. (Smithtown Patch)
