- There will be a Fundraiser event at Napper Tandy's in Smithtown for the community to meet Republican Pat Hahn, who is running for Suffolk County Executive. The event is for Thursday, Jan. 26, at 15 East Main Street. There will be food and refreshments. All donations collected are to be invested in the campaign. - Smithtown Historical Society is hosting the President's Valentine Brunch to benefit all the educational programs and events hosted by the society. - Suffolk police are asking the public's help to identify a woman who committed robberies at businesses such as Subway, Speedway and Dunkin Donuts in Suffolk County.
