- Sunday, March 26, is the Spring Festival and Egg Hunt at Sweetbriar Center in Smithtown. All are welcome to enjoy outdoor activities and celebrate the approach the warm weather. - An East Northport resident died in a DWI crash on Jericho Turnpike. Police reported the accident at 12:15 a.m. on Sunday. The 23-year-old driver front-ended his QX50 on a Bartlett tractor-trailer. Residents who spoke with LI News 12 said the area is considered dangerous and lots of accidents happen there. (LI News12)
- The next game of the Old Time Baseball at the Smithtown Historical Society is on March 25 at 11 a.m. The teams will compete following the rules and style of 1864-70! That's a history class right there. Access the full schedule of games at www.brooklynatlantics.org. (Smithtown Historical Society)
