Cornell, SUNY New Paltz, Others Announce Graduates

More colleges from around the country released the names of Class of 2012 graduates, including numerous students from Smithtown, St. James and Nesconset.

There were six local graduates from Cornell University:

• James Scheller, Nesconset (Bachelor of Science, Nutritional Sciences)
• Kaitlin Woolley, St. James (Artium Baccalarius, Psychology)
• Kevin Csorny, St. James (Bachelor of Science, Communication)
• Thomas Petracca, Smithtown (Bachelor of Science, Computer Science)
• Daniel Satnick, Smithtown (Bachelor of Science, Biological Sciences)
• Daniel Polla, Smithtown (Bachelor of Science, Human Development)

There were six local graduates from the State University of New York at New Paltz:

• Danielle Bassani, Nesconset (BS in Management)
• Christine Caulfield, St. James (BA in Geography)
• Jenna Chalmers, St. James (BFA in Photography)
• Samantha Marsh, St. James (BA in Theatre Arts)
• Lauren Mattern, St. James (BA in Communication Disorders)
• Emily Nykolyn, Smithtown (BS in Visual Arts)

Two locals graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University's College at Florham in New Jersey:

• Christine Richter, Smithtown
• Kenzi Locks, St. James

Two locals graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University's College at Metropolitan Campus in New Jersey:

• David Dimmler, Smithtown
• Stephanie Tanzi, Smithtown

Stonehill College in Massachusetts had two local graduates:

• Juliana Carattini, Smithtown
• Sarah Stumper, St. James
