Crime Report: Woman Possessed Stun Gun in Nesconset

Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct reported these arrests and incidents in Smithtown

Elizabeth Rasmussen, 22, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Smithtown on March 6 on charges of three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction. Reports state Rasmussen was arrested at Stonedge Drive and Woodview Drive in Nesconset at 3:45 p.m. in a 2005 Cadillac possessed a stun gun and a controlled substance.

Michael Locicero, 19, of Hauppauge, was arrested in Smithtown on March 6 on charges of providing a false sworn statement, first-degree. Reports state Locicero gave a sworn written statement on Dec. 27, 2011 at 3:10 p.m. at the Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct that he knew was not to be true. Locicero allegedly falsely reported an incident where he said he was robbed behind a McDonalds.

Robert Mollusky, 53, of Ridgewood, was arrested in Smithtown on March 2 on first offense DWI charges. Reports state Mollusky was arrested while driving on Route 25 at 12:50 a.m. in a 2007 Honda when he failed to maintain his lane.

Police responded to a call at Smithtown High School West on March 8 after a student reported a shooting threat written on a girl's bathroom wall prior to dismissal. Police said both officers and school officials conducted a search and did not find anything suspcious. Police said they put patrols at the school on Friday as a precaution.
