Fall Community Health Fair Coming To Smithtown, Hosted By St. Catherine Of Siena Hospital

SMITHTOWN, NY — St. Catherine of Siena's Fall Community Health Fair is coming to Smithtown.

The fair is scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon Sept. 28 at the hospital, at 50 Route 25A, Smithtown. The fair will be held under the big white tent, rain or shine.

The event will feature free flu vaccinations, and screenings for glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, and BMI.

There will also be children's activities, including free face painting, pumpkin painting, a teddy bear clinic where hospital staff will use children's stuffed animals for exhibitions, a meet and greet with first responders, and a tour of an ambulance.

Other activities will include a prescription drug take back; Narcan training, pet therapy, and a "Blessing of the Hands."
