  1. Save the date for the Parish of St. Joseph Family Festival on Aug. 17-20. Festivities will be held at 59 Church St. in Kings Park, featuring food, rides, games, and more! (Smithtown Matters)
  2. Stony Brook Medicine is now serving the public at a new facility at the Smith Haven Mall. The health services office takes over the previous Sears location. Besides seeing their doctors, patients can buy vitamin supplements at the site. (TBR News Media)
  3. Congratulations to all Smithtown High School West Music Honor Society musicians for their nomination as the best in the state! The honors come from the National Association for Music Education. The group will display a special banner with the prestigious title this summer. (Smithtown Matters)
  4. The Long Beach Concert Series is sizzling in the neighborhood! The next session is on Friday, July 21, at 7 p.m. The Dedications band brings the 50s/60s music to the crowd with a promising sing-along night at Long Beach. This class is for those who want to discover alternative treatments to manage pain and other health issues.
