The Hilltop Center on West Main Street is missing a once familiar business – .

The now defunct Smithtown location of the eatery – known for its quick and tasty chicken, ribs, sandwiches, burgers and sides – was once a prominent food business among other local fast food chains and restaurants, from across the street to  on the corner next to the strip of stores. Now the lights are off and the sign on the awning is reversed. 

The store, located at 264 West Main Street, has a lease price of $18 per square foot, plus taxes and common area maintenance, according to Michael Murphy, real estate agent with Prudential Douglas Elliman. According to MLSLI.com, the store is 1,850 square feet.
