Homes for sale in St. James aren't exactly cheap, with many homes approaching the $1 million mark or greater, but there are some on the market with prices on the opposite end of the spectrum. 

According to AOL Real Estate, the cheapest home on the market right now in St. James is a single-family ranch, located at 268 Sixth Street, with a $265,000 price tag.

According to trulia.com, the home is on a 10,890 square foot lot and was assessed in 2011 to be valued at $232,331.
