  1. It's time to come out in the neighborhood to enjoy the Kings Park Day Festival on Main Street. All Smithtown township communities are invited to enjoy this annual event that gathers over 250 vendors, food trucks, rides, games, live music, and more on June 17 starting at 10 a.m. (Smithtown Patch Events)
  2. Summer Concerts are back in Smithtown! Cold Spring Harbor Band will perform a tribute to Billy Joel on June 23 at Long Beach. This event is free entrance. All are welcome. The show starts at 7 p.m. at Long Beach Road, Nissequogue. (Smithtown Gov.)
  3. Nearby Happenings: Long Island FunFest offers 10 days of festivities at Brentwood Suffolk Community College. There will be carnival rides, fireworks, food, and live music. All communities are welcome to join the festivities. (News 12 Long Island)
  4. For the kids who want to take a break from the heat and cool off around the neighborhood, how about joining the Smithtown Library staff to create a Summer Picnic Lantern using a Cricut machine?
