Man Seriously Injured In Suffolk Crash
The man was ejected from his car when he hit a utility pole, police say.
LAKE GROVE, NY — A man was seriously injured when he crashed his car in Lake Grove early Monday, Suffolk police said.
A 45-year-old Deer Park man was driving a 2007 Honda Accord westbound on Nesconset Highway when he lost control of the vehicle at Moriches Road at 12:29 a.m., police said. The Honda struck a utility pole, and the man was ejected from the vehicle.
The man was brought to Stony Brook University Hospital to be treated for serious injuries. The Honda was impounded for a safety check.
