Man Steals Bicycle, Crab Traps From Dick's Sporting Goods In Lake Grove: Police

LAKE GROVE, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help finding the man who, police said, stole items from a Lake Grove store this month.

A man stole a bicycle and crab traps from Dick's Sporting Goods, located in the Smith Haven Mall, around 4:20 p.m. Aug. 15, police said. The items were valued at approximately $830, police said. He drove away in a red Nissan SUV, police said. He is wanted for petty larceny, police said.

A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
