- Smithtown Adoptable Pets Of The Week: Samson And Delilah. Samson, an 8-year-old male boxer pit mix, and Delilah, a 10-year-old female pit mix, were found abandoned in a park after their owner died. Samson and Delilah absolutely adore each other, and would love for them to find a furever home together, but they can be separated if need be. Both of these mushes love people, and are very friendly and gentle. (Smithtown Patch)

Taking attendees back in time to the Victorian era and the world of the beloved author, the two-day event draws in thousands of people from across the world. The 2021 festival kicks off Saturday, Dec. 4, at 10 a.m. and runs until 7 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 5.
