Nissequogue Villa-Style Mansion for Sale for $9M

The Tuscan-styled mansion that was under construction on Short Beach Road in Nissequogue for most of 2010 and the beginning of 2011 is now for sale.

Smithtown Patch reported in January of last year that the mansion was almost complete, although Anthony Doucet, a junior architect with the Woodbury-based Spector Group, could not provide an estimated date of completion.

The mansion, located at 717 Short Beach Road, has a $9 million price tag, according to its listing on AOL Real Estate.

The listing shows the mansion has been on the market for 53 days and sits on four-and-a-half acres of land. Listed as a Mediterranean style home, the mansion boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, central air conditioning, a fireplace, a dining room, family room, garage, basement and waterfront view.
