, "Old owner skipped out, heard the pipes in the basement broke due to lack of heat and flooded the place a while back ... the folks of St James have to look at his dump until some sucker comes along thinking he can invest a ton of money (that the landlord won't) and still pull a profit from the place."
A search of commercial properties on MLSLI.com shows three pages of St. James storefronts looking to be purchased or rented, but yields no results for the bar.Â

What do you think should replace this former Irish pub? Does St. James need another bar or should the next tenant bring something different to the community?Â
