'Out-Of-My-Mind Happy': LI Man Wins $5M On Scratch-Off Ticket
The lucky winner picked the lump-sum jackpot amount of $3,255,000.

ST. JAMES, NY —A St. James man is $3,255,000 richer after scratching off a lottery ticket he bought at a 7-Eleven in Deer Park in January.
Rory Fabian, 60, told the NY Lottery "I am out-of-my-mind happy" after collecting the top prize on a $5 million Riches scratch-off game.
Fabian decided to take the winnings as a lump-sum amount with left with him $3,255,000 after taxes.

NY Lottery also announced that a $50,000 Powerball ticket, from the Feb. 14 drawing, was sold in Medford.
