Longtime Smithtown resident Paul LaSpina has died. He was 83 years old.
According to a Newsday obituary, LaSpina passed away Jan. 16. LaSpina is survived by his daughter Susan; grandchildren Anthony Sanchez and Sarita Green-Pesante; great grandaughters Jasmine, Alexa and Saniya.
A religious service is scheduled for Friday at 3 p.m. at Moloney's Hauppauge Funeral Home, with the funeral mass set for Saturday at 10:30 am at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church in Smithtown.
