Paws of War Gears Up for Its Biggest Car Show in Nesconset to Support U.S. Veterans, First Responders and Animal Rescue Programs (Paws of War)

Get ready to rev your engines and rally behind a great cause. On Sunday, June 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Paws of War is hosting its third annual car show fundraiser at Nesconset Plaza (127 Smithtown Blvd., Nesconset, NY). This family and dog-friendly event promises hundreds of cars, live music, delicious food trucks, exciting 50/50 raffles and plenty of giveaways—all in support of providing a disabled U.S. veteran with a life-changing service dog.

Attendees will enjoy an impressive display of vintage, classic, military and custom cars, all judged by The Fabulous 50’s and 60’s Nostalgia Car Club, with over 18 trophy classes. Spectators can attend free of charge, while car enthusiasts looking to enter their prized vehicles can do so for just $25.

The event will bring together veterans and first responders, many of whom have been supported by Paws of War, a nonprofit dedicated to pairing service dogs with heroes in need. These specially trained dogs provide their owners with confidence, peace of mind and companionship, helping them cope with PTSD and traumatic injuries. For many, their service dog is not just a friend but a true lifesaver.

Join the community in celebrating this powerful mission, meeting local heroes, and supporting a cause that changes lives one paw at a time. For more information, registration and sponsorship opportunities, visit www.pawsofwar.org.
