- The suspect who scammed two elderly Suffolk County residents has been arrested. The Manhattan man pleaded guilty to grand larceny on Wednesday for telling a Smithtown and a Stony Brook resident that their grandchildren were in jail and had to be bailed out. - Smithtown Historical Society celebrates the Irish heritage with the 'Luck on the Farm' on
Saturday, March 11. There will be fun for all ages, from traditional food to step dancing. A walking petting zoo will be a plus. Tickets are on sale here.
