According to the report, WISE International, an organization whose goal is to improve quality of life in the workplace through management technology, gives the award to a business that adheres to principles and practices outlined in the Hubbard Management System. These include a standard organizing board, a proper communication system, follow standard financial procedures and be solvent, maintain a library of materials related to the Hubbard Management System and more.
