  • The Town of Brookhaven's Youth Bureau accepts gently used coats, scarves, gloves, and hats donations. The Annual INTERFACE Coat Drive will be held through Feb. 10 to help those needing warm clothing items this winter.   • Brookhaven Town will spread animal adoption awareness throughout the year. The town discussed a new plan in a board meeting to help pets to find their forever homes. Currently, 81 cats and 70 dogs live in the shelter, waiting for adoption. (Patch)
