- A couple from Smithtown uniquely celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary! Maryann and Leon Esquibel visited Dr. Magdy Shady of St. Catherine of Siena Hospital to thank him and his team for saving their lives. - A Smithtown student conquered the milestone of a score of over 1,700 points. Abigail Loiacono is a senior at the Smithtown Christian School. She started playing basketball in fifth grade and found her passion for the modality. She has plans to keep her sports career when she goes off to attend college in Pennsylvania. - Have you heard of the Gas Bait and Tackle store in St. James? Two firefighters opened the gas station in 2013, but the business dramatically slowed down due to the pandemic, so they started to sell fish baits and other supplies at the store, and the idea picked up!
