  2. On Friday, John Mann Jr., 19, of Centereach, was arrested, and charged in connection with the death of a teenager, Suffolk police said. Police allege that Mann Jr., killed Henry Hernandez, then 16, of Riverhead, whose remains were found behind a Jay Road home, in Centereach, on March 15, 2020, police said. (Patch)
  3. In Hauppauge Friday, Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone raised a pride flag "to kick off the weekend's Pride celebration." Bellone said that "Pride Month is about celebrating the progress that has been made and understanding differences that exist in the community."
  4. A donor has been found for a Wading River couple's one year old, second child. Brian and Ashley Cotter's first baby, Ruby June, received a heart transplant and their second child, also needs a new heart. (MSN.com)
