  1. Looking for a summer job? The Town of Smithtown is now accepting seasonal job applicants to work throughout the summer! Jobs available include certified lifeguards, park attendant, or summer camp instructor. In addition, there are positions available working in public safety, municipal services facility, highways, and the parks department. Haley Olson and Joseph Hanrahan took top honors and a cash prize at the Center of Excellence in Wireless and Information Technology (CEWIT) at Stony Brook University's Sixth Annual Hackathon recently.
