STONY BROOK, NY — The Smithtown/Hauppauge swim and dive team won its second consecutive Section XI Suffolk County championship on Saturday at Stony Brook University, the Smithtown School District announced.

The team, which set a new county record for the 200 freestyle relay, is advancing to the New York State Championship in March.
