SMITHTOWN, NY — The Smithtown High School West girls lacrosse team won the Suffolk County "Class B" County championship when they defeated Harborfields 12-9, on May 31, the school district announced.
Jason Lambert, the district's director of athletics, said the win marks Smithtown’s first girls county title in lacrosse.
