The former home to a Main Street recording studio will now open its doors as a spa and wellness center.

Signs at 127C East Main Street have recently adorned the windows and awning reading Marosé Spa & Wellness, replacing the signs for , a short-lived home for local artists to record and master music.

While the , it recently has become a property featured on the Multiple Listing Service Long Island website with pages of other empty storefronts up for rent or sale. The location is still presented as up for sale on the real estate website, listed by American Real Estate Associates in St. James, with a price tag of $3,750.

Listed deeper on the website is a sale price for the entire shopping center, which is also the home to Marluca Insurance. The price stated on MLSLI.com for the center is $319,000. 

The location is approximately 1,880 square feet and built in 2009, according to MLSLI.com.

No opening date for Marosé or hours of operation is currently present at the location.
