St. Catherine of Siena Honors Its Volunteers
Two top-notch volunteers donated more than 20,000 hours of their time.

In this time to express thanks and gratitude, St. Catherine of Siena is taking a moment to recognize the contributions of its volunteers.Â
St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center honored more than 150 volunteers from its hospital, nursing and rehabilitation care center, and Siena Village at The Three Village Inn in Stony Brook on Nov. 19.Â
The volunteers recognized at the annual luncheon had given anywhere from 100 to 22,705 hours of their time to aiding St. Catherine. Volunteers  Adeline Cuomo with a total of 22,705 hours and Georgia Priebe with a total of 20,078 hours, were both recognized for top hours of service.
The Auxiliary of St. Catherine took a moment to present the hospital's administration with two separate donations: one for general fundraiser efforts in the amount of $20,000 and another check for $3,530.12 raised during their Spring Rock-A-Thon.Â
St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center is always recruiting new volunteers. Those interested can learn more by calling 631-862-3015.Â
