- The last concert of the Summer Series is today at the Long Beach Town Park in St. James with the SouthBound "Keepin’ it Country." The music starts playing at 6 p.m. The Park is located at 555 Long Beach Rd, St James. (Patch)
- The Field of Heroes baseball league has started! The Daniel J. Flynn Memorial Park in Commack is the place to go to support the charitable free event.
