Creativity Abounds at Pumpkin Carving Contest in Bridgehampton
Check out a photo gallery from the Bridgehampton Lions Club's contest on Monday.
The annual Bridgehampton Lions Club Carving Contest brought a crowd out to the Bridgehampton Community House on Monday to check out the jack-o'-lanterns.Â
A pumpkin that was carved into a lamp — and came with an electric cord and its own pumpkin outlet — from the "Let There Be Light" category was crowned the all around winner. Check back for a list of winners later.Â
There were several categories, such as "Pulp Politico," "Compost Zombie," and "Mother Groosesome" Prizes were awarded for first, second and third place.Â
Goat on a Boat Theatre performed a puppet show, as well.Â
