'Forum' Opens Tuesday; No Bieber Fever in Southampton

Your guide to all things Southampton.

Good morning, Southampton.

-- Local Editor Brendan O'Reilly is out for a few days, so you'll be hearing from me — Taylor Vecsey, the LE for East Hampton Patch — for a bit. If you have any story ideas, feel free to reach out to me at Taylor.Vecsey@patch.com

-- Bay Street Theatre's production of "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" opens Tuesday at 8 p.m. Broadway producer and Sag Harbor community resident Stewart Lane stars as Eronius. Call the box office at 631-725-9500 for tickets to opening night, or a future showdate.

-- Michael Mosolino of The Deli Counter Fine Foods & Catering in Southampton recently opened Mosolino’s at The North Sea Tavern this past Thursday. Specializing in Italian-American fare, shrimp fritters, Argentinian baked clams, pastas, burgers, steaks, seafood, the family friendly is located at 1271 North Sea Road in Southampton. We're going to check it out this week, too.

-- You may have heard Justin Bieber got into a little bit of trouble over the weekend while visiting a Southampton night club. This kid just can't stay out of the news it seems. The incidents — yes, that was plural — are just the latest in a string of problems the teen superstar has found himself in lately.
