Man Charged With Felony DWI After Flanders Crash: Police

FLANDERS, NY — A Flanders man was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated after a crash Monday night, police said.

Julio R. Luna-Luna, 30, was arrested at 6 p.m. after the crash in the vicinity of Flanders Road and Wood Road Trail, Southampton Town police said.

Luna-Luna was charged with aggravated DWI, a felony, due to a prior conviction, and several traffic infractions, police said.

He was transported to Southampton Town Police headquarters, where he was processed and held for morning arraignment, police said.

No injuries were reported, police said.
