One Night Only: The Four Seasons Restaurant Comes To Southampton Thursday

The iconic New York eatery that closed its doors in Manhattan last month is coming to the Capri hotel.

SOUTHAMPTON, N¥ — The Four Seasons restaurant in New York City may have closed its doors forever in its legendary location in the Seagrams Building in midtown, but the owners are bringing the brand to some loyal diners who summer in the Hamptons.

So far, according to theNew York Post, it’s just a one-night only pop up at Oreya Hamptons restaurant at the Capri hotel in Southampton, but with so many of their customers in the Hamptons, the Four Seasons owners, Julian Niccolini and Alex von Biddier, may turn it into a seasonal pop-up eatery.

“The menu will include some Four Seasons specialities along with some Oreya favorites too,” an employee at Oreya told Patch.

There may not be a pool inside the restaurant — which many notables jumped into through the years — but there could be outdoor seating around the pool at the Capri to keep the tradition alive.
