
The Southampton Town Zoning Board of Appeals decision allowing a pool to be constructed in the front yard of a Bridgehampton property has been overturned, according to 27East.
State Supreme Court Justice William B. Rebolini ruled that the ZBA's decision was "arbitrary and capricious."
The zoning board ruled on the front yard Bridgehampton pool in 2012, but it was a 2009 decision on a similar application that the justice used in his decision.
