There's finally no frozen precipitation in the forecast, as temperatures warm up after the really chilly start to the week.
The problem is, the warmer temps will set the stage for possible severe weather in the Hudson Valley.

AccuWeather Meteorologist Dean DeVore said as the cold air exited the region, the rising temperatures could produce downpours, hail and even isolated tornadoes.
"The warm, moist air that will be drawn up ahead of the approaching front on Thursday will help to provide the atmospheric ingredients needed for some strong to severe thunderstorms to fire," he said.
