UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — The man wanted for shooting an Upper East Side high-rise from Roosevelt Island has turned himself into police, authorities said Friday.

Farris Koroma, 22, was arrested and charged with gun possession, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief after he confessed to authorities, a police spokesman said.

Koroma, who lives on Roosevelt Island, is suspected of firing a gun from 20 River Road at One East River Place on Aug. 18 at 1 a.m. Shots were also fired the night before, police said.
