Chain Stolen From Woman’s Neck On Inwood 1 Train: NYPD

INWOOD, NY - Three men swiped a chain from a 23-year-old victim’s neck aboard a subway train in Inwood earlier this month, authorities said.

The three assailants forcefully removed the chain from the woman on a northbound 1 train near the 215th Street station on Oct. 15 about 1:50 a.m., police said.

The victim sustained minor bruising on the chest and right ear, police said. The trio fled the train at a later stop.
