WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY - The gunman who pulled the trigger on two individuals and a dog in Washington Heights Friday - killing all three - remains at large Monday, authorities said.

Billini, who worked as a court analyst for the state, lived just two blocks from the scene of the shooting, police said.

The New York Daily News reported Harvin’s two children were present for the grisly incident.

Citing police sources, the New York Post reported the pair were “clearly targeted” as part of an ongoing neighbor feud.

Billini was previously targeted in a hammer attack inside her apartment in April, the Post added. The assailant, neighbor Lenue Moore, 31, was charged with assault and attempted burglary thereafter.

No arrests have been made as of Monday afternoon. The investigation remains ongoing.
