Inwood Hit And Run Leaves Woman In Critical Condition: Police

A Mercedes Benz jumped a curb Monday morning in front of 421 W. 202nd St. and struck a 30-year-old woman, police said.

INWOOD, NY — A woman is in critical condition after a hit and run Monday morning in Inwood, police said.

A black Mercedes Benz jumped the curb around 4:15 a.m. at 421 W. 202nd St. and struck a 30-year-old woman, police said.

The car then fled eastbound on West 202nd Street, police said.

The woman was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where is in critical but stable condition, police said.

NYPD were able to obtain photos of the driver wanted in connection to the incident.
