Man Arrested For Violent Attacks On Upper Manhattan Joggers: Report
The Daily News reported that the suspect lives in Washington Heights and has been arrested 16 times already.

INWOOD, NY — NYPD arrested a man Thursday in connection to three recent sex attacks on joggers in Upper Manhattan Parks, multiple publications reported, including the New York Post and Daily News.
Kenneth Miller, 31, was arrested Thursday in connection with the three incidents, including the most recent when he allegedly attacked a woman at knifepoint around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, police sources told the publications.
NYPD did not immediately respond to Patch's request for confirmation.

In Saturday's attack along the Henry Hudson Greenway bike path in Inwood, the suspect dragged a woman behind a tree by her hair, punched her, flashed a knife, and sexually assaulted her, before stealing her watch and cell phone, police said.
Miller has been charged with sexual assault and robbery, reported the Daily News.

"I didn't do nothing, bro," Miller said as he was walked out of the NYPD Special Victims station house in handcuffs on Thursday, reported the Daily News.
Police also told the Daily News that Miller has 16 previous arrests and lives in Washington Heights.
