Man Charged With Attempted Murder In Inwood Shooting: Police
Montrey Boglin, 28, was arrested Wednesday and charged for his actions in an Inwood shooting earlier in 2022, police said.
INWOOD, NY — A man has been charged with attempted murder relating to a shooting that happened earlier in 2022 in Inwood, police said on Wednesday.
In total, Yonkers resident Montry Boglin, 28, has been charged with attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
On April 26, 2022, Boglin, along with one other man, shot multiple times at a 27-year-old man as he was leaving Karamelo at 141 Nagle Ave, according to police.

The bullets struck the man in the left leg, before the two shooters fled the scene, police said.
The victim took himself to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi in stable condition, police said.

Police are still looking for the second man involved.
