Man Found Dead Inside Parked Car In Inwood: NYPD

INWOOD, NY - A man was found dead inside a car near Fort Tryon Park in Inwood Monday afternoon, authorities said.

Cops responding to a 911 call found the man on Broadway and Dongan Place about 2 p.m., according to the NYPD.

Emergency responders declared the vehicle’s sole occupant, a 66-year-old man, dead at the scene, police said.

The man’s identity is being withheld pending family notification.

An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
