INWOOD, NY - A man reportedly survived a collision with a train in Inwood Sunday evening, authorities said.

The victim was struck about 6:28 p.m. near the Dyckman Street station, which is served by the 1 train, police said.

Medics rushed the man to Harlem Hospital where he was listed in stable condition with a head injury, police said.

Southbound 1 trains were delayed Sunday evening while emergency crews worked to rescue the victim, MTA officials said.
