Man Who Attacked Joggers Uptown Charged With Kidnapping: DA's Office
Kenneth Miller was charged with multiple sex attacks against women jogging along the Hudson River Greenway in Upper Manhattan.

UPPER MANHATTAN, NY — A man accused of attacking and sexually assaulted three women jogging in Upper Manhattan in September was indicted by the Manhattan District Attorney's office last week, prosecutors announced Tuesday.
New York resident Kenneth Miller was charged with multiple counts of kidnapping, assault, sexual abuse, robbery, and forcible touching, according to District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office.
“New Yorkers deserve to use our city’s many trails and parks without fear,” Bragg said in a news release. “As alleged, Kenneth Miller preyed on women using the same pattern: attacking them in broad daylight as they were out for a run.

Miller first assaulted a woman on Sept. 14, when he cornered her with his moped and claimed he had a gun, according to court documents and statements made on record. He proceeded to grope her multiple times and snatch her iPod, according to the DA's office.
The second attack happened four days later, when Miller drove up behind another jogger and groped her, the DA's office said.

The third and most violent attack happened on Sept. 24, when Miller grabbed a jogger by the hair, pulled her into a stairwell and punched her in the face, the DA's office said. He proceeded to sexually assault her and steal her phone and smartwatch, the DA's office said.
All three of the attacks happened along the Hudson River Greenway in Washington Heights, officials said.
Police told the Daily News that Walker lives in Washington Heights and has 16 previous arrests.
