Neighbor Accused Of Killing Dog, Wash Heights Duo: Report
Victim Jackie Billini had an order of protection filed against the neighbor, who had previously attacked her, according to a new report.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY - The neighbor of a woman shot to death alongside her nephew and dog in Manhattan Friday is being sought by police in connection with the killing, according to a NBC New York report.
Jackie Billini, 57, and Levaughn Harvin, 42, were both shot in the head while walking Billini's dog near Highbridge Park at West 165 Street and Edgecombe Avenue about 6:30 p.m., police said.
Lenue Moore, 31, previously targeted Billini in a hammer attack inside her apartment in April, the New York Post reported. She suffered a broken arm as a result of the incident. Moore was charged with assault and attempted burglary thereafter.
