Bideawee Supporters Walk for a Cause

Dog and cat lovers took to the street in Westhampton Beach on Saturday morning, helping to raise money for the non-profit Bideawee Animal Shelter in Westhampton. 

Those participating in the annual mile-long walk to the beach, called Love on a Leash, paid $25 to walk, receiving in return a shirt and a pet toy. 

This year's walk, according to Bideawee, raised $25,000, which will be used to help support the shelter and its adoptable pets.
